Bug: Error in heroku logs on push to production: `ERROR in Entry module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'babel-loader' in '/tmp/build_17f903e63caa9443a2f55ab47c9503ff'`

Repro: Start a `make_it_so rails app` app and try to push it to production

Expected: It should push up to heroku and build successfully
