[cw] Fixes for the DocPages

The initial version of the DocPages is started with PR #450 . The following issues must be addressed:

• move the DocPages in a side panel shown in all the pages rather that in the bottom of the home page
• fix the header of the livetable and enable the right translation
• check why the last author results "superadmin" and in case change it (maybe to Admin)
• possibly remove the LPDocs.WebHome from the livetable
• write the english documentation
• write the italian documentation (this is mandatory)

@cjdelisle I may need your support for some of these items. Can u tip some suggestion?

@cjdelisle , have you any suggestion in order to fix the current header of the livetable? ... and may be how to enable the right translation?

about item 3, @cjdelisle reported that it cannot be solved easily because of some configurations (difficult to identify/change) in the mvn build system of xwiki.
