Handle new and old MatFlow formats for orientations

I've encountered this twice, when validating orientations using validate_orientations.

The fix has involved convert_orientations_to_old_matflow_format.

I'm now using that again with VPSC but it would be neater (IMO) to have this checked/converted if necessary here in damask-parse.
