From the readme: "I was able to compile the latest version of BTO but unable to upload it to the Google repository (I kept getting a Bad Gateway error when doing hg push). You’ll have to get the latest version of bto from lambda and put it in the BTOServer directory for bto_server.py to work. In other words, copy the bto directory from bto-trunk to this directory and then run bto/install.sh."

Actually, where do I find this BTO server? I'm unable to launch Lighthouse locally without it; http://127.0.0.1:8000/index/ returns "ImportError at /index/ No module named BTOServer.MatrixParser.matrixparser" without it.

It's available separately (https://github.com/cookjj/btoblas) and must be installed. We need to update the instructions as you point out above.

Just to be clear - we don't want to add the BTO server to the git repo, but we do need to add instructions on obtaining and installing the server?

That's a good question. I think right now nobody is claiming ownership of the old version of btoblas (it's being redesigned), so we could add a copy of that in the lighthouse repository. The client-server code (which is separate from the btoblas compiler itself) is already in the repository. I think that we should just include the contents of https://github.com/cookjj/btoblas in the src/BTOserver subdirectory of lighthouse. Then we have to either automate the build (I can do that later) and/or add instructions on how to build btoblas before installing the rest of Lighthouse.
