Wrong position

On the web map, posistions are wrongs.
Exemple :

The right position in near lighthouse and not in the water.

Try restarting PHP. Open paint if your on windows and go to your .maps folder and drag the PEI map pic into paint and make sure the resolution is 2048x2048

File in .maps is already in 2048x2048 :

Washington.png: PNG image data, 2048 x 2048, 8-bit/color RGBA, non-interlaced
