Document best practices for writing/syncing to buckets from R and Python

@samuelgrubinger raised a good question on best practices for writing or syncing data to S3 buckets from MAAP ADE/Hub.
All our current docs just talk about reading. The only write notes are about bucket mounts with local paths.

We need to test and write up recommendations for writing, single files and groups of files in a nested directory (sync) to an S3 path in a users private or public bucket.

Once you have that, then you just need to deal with listing all the files you want to transfer and then looping over all of them to put them in the bucket. The good news is that you don't have to make folders ahead of time on AWS because it just keeps the keys however you write them.
