Lack of model

I was reviewing the train_dreambooth_light_lora.sh script and couldn't locate the "stable-diffusion-models/realisticVisionV40_v40VAE" model. Is it possible to replace this with another model?

Additionally, I wanted to clarify the purpose of the INSTANCE_DIR variable. Should it be pointing to the full celebA-HQ dataset?
