[Bug] NPPN_BEFORESHUTDOWN event is not catched

I associated a simple 'Test' script to the NPPN_BEFORESHUTDOWN event, as follows:

NPP_RUN cmd

but no prompt appears when closing Notepad++.exe. Thus, the NPPN_BEFORESHUTDOWN event is not correctly captured.

I'm using Notepad++ v7.6.3 on Windows 10 Pro x64.
