Providing more information for Assets submitted by/for DCCs

For the Assets, such as gmt, xmt, etc., submitted by (or on behalf of) DCCs, it will be useful to add information of how that file (or its components in case of a zip file) was generated (e.g., some input file provided by the DCCs was further processed through a set of steps or methods). A field for this could be added in the Asset object/submission system. This may also partially help address "on what basis a DCC member with approver role will approve the submitted Asset" especially if the file was uploaded by a member of the DRC team.
