I have a few questions regarding the classification of library_source. Could you please clarify the criteria you used to classify the samples?

Good morning,

I'm glad you've found the resource helpful! The library_source is extracted from the GSM metadata when samples are identified from GEO, and isn't something we assign ourselves. These are visible on GEO sample pages.
