Other fields than DF

Currently the MDF can only describe selection and focus fields via the optional field `/acquisition/gradient`. Especially in the case of FFL systems with continuous focus fields, this would make extracting the parameters of the focus field rather complicated. It would thus be nice to add an additional group `/acquisition/other` (or similar) to document those parameters in an extractable fashion.
