Is there support for different filetypes other than .DNG?

I have some files that were taken on my phone that use the .dng file type and those work but I also shoot a lot of pictures on my Sony Camera and I have it set to save both the .ARW and .JPG versions. Is there a way to specify alternative file types that can be included in the stacking?

EDIT: I had an issue during the set up process which resulted in .ARW file types not being stacked correctly but it was resolved.
