We need a better process for handling these.

going through the backup data, I realized that there's some files still stored with their md5 hash and some with their sha256 hash as name. My commits on this issue account for that and just deliver a file regardless.

Or are you talking about the general problem people would report something to the e-mail address? We can always just link to github.
