Add progress bar to GPS devices while loading records

When connecting a Garmin GPS all projects (recordings) are loaded into the workspace. This takes quite some time and QMapShack is blocked.

It would be nicer to load all recordings in the background and to have a progress bar within the device item in the workspace.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Our infamous QProgressBar? No! In fact this is a blueprint how to show progress for other tasks like loading the workspace on startup.

Give a reason why someone else should spend time on that request

There is a small caveat: Loading takes a bit longer as now the UI is updated in between.

I have connected my Garmin device several times. I saw a green progress bar below the 'Device Project' item. However, as I don't have much on my device, it only took 2–3 seconds to load. It seems to be working for me.

A good approach would also be to implement it for 'Sync to Database'. The current implementation of the spinning circle is not very stable. It changes back and forth between the cursor and the spinning circle and sometimes the spinning circle remains on screen indefinitely. However, the sync process itself is very stable.
