Improve mobile sidebar UX

• the sidebar is only swipe-to-open, there is no swipe-to-close
• the swipe gesture feels really off and it makes it really difficult to scroll. you should mimic what discord (maybe an android thing) does by forcing touches to either be horizontal only or vertical only, probably by waiting for the Touch to have enough movement and choosing the axis with the largest delta
• you can't swipe-to-open the sidebar on the friends list when its empty, this may be true for the whole friends list or even dms (things in the home section) but i cant test this right now
