Update available #78
Description
A fragment is needed to display the update available information.
It should show:
- A graphic that is relative to indicating an update is available
- The filename of the update
- A short version of the changelog
- A button to open the fileviewer to see the full update/file details
- Copy that says "Update available for your device!"
