Download Manager

One way or another there will be a download service. There should be a fragment in the app that shows a card list of downloads and allows you to monitor their progress and cancel them if necessary.

Any completed downloads will show a "view" or "delete" button to remove them from the list, or view them in the file viewer fragment.
