Add source database name to profile on imported DataModel

For use in https://github.com/MauroDataMapper/mdm-standardisation, we should record the source database name in the Database profile on the imported DataModel.

• Also consider adding other information e.g. the source SQL Server version number.
• Investigate how the aliases value is being populated by the importer (looks like this may be sometimes populated based on the source name if the imported label is different) and update mdm-standardisation if needed.

One possibility for wider database metadata to record could be gleaned from the sys.databases system table, for example:

    name, 
    database_id, 
    create_date,
