Create Content Source

Hi,
I tried to create content source using this "CreateContentSource.ps1" file which is in "https://github.com/MaxMelcher/SPContentSource/blob/master/CreateContentSource.ps1" along with "ContentSource.xml" XML file in "https://github.com/MaxMelcher/SPContentSource/blob/master/ContentSource.xml". Content Source was created as a basic format.
After that, I deleted that content source which was created and again ran the .ps1 file but this time there was no content source created. Please help me.

And also if i ran the .ps file, in which path the data will be stored?
And If i edit in "ContentSource.xml" file, i couldn't found any effect.

Do you have multiple search service applications?
Can you post the output when you run createcontentsource.ps1

I have 2 search service application. After running that command, I got the following output

When i ran it fast, i got content source in my service appln named as "ContentSource1". But after deleting this content source, i ran the same ps file many times, but no output. Please help me.

I think you have to step through the code to see why he doesn't recreate - as far as I recall there should be much more logging...

I tried with changing the name of ps file and ran it but its not working.
If I run ps file many in same server, Is there any chance to get overwrite
with same cs name?? If so, how to delete cs related data completely?? Is
there any path to find cs data??

I can't follow. You simply go to the search service application and see if the content source is in there. Then you could delete it there.

Why did you rename the powershell file?
If overwrite contentsource means updating it, then yes.

OK Max,
I have to add a content source through powershell file.

Content Source Name: India
Content Source Type: Website
URL: https://www.india.com
Crawl Behaviour: Only crawl within the server of each start address
Incremental Crawl
Tye: Daily
Settings:
Run Every 1 days
Starting time 12:00 AM

Do i have to edit the above info in "
https://github.com/MaxMelcher/SPContentSource/blob/master/ContentSource.xml"
XML file?
If not needed then please provide me "ps file" to create content source
with above output.
