Vertical coordinate in regional ocean models

Related to #2 , I just found that in CORDEX we have olevel as a coordinate, while, in CMIP6, olevel is just a generic_level_name for different vertical coordinates (ocean_sigma, ocean_sigma_z, depth_coord). We seem to have mapped the olevel to depth_coord. @larsbuntemeyer, I cannot find where this came from; it was added here WCRP-CORDEX/cordex-cmip6-cmor-tables@32a8cd7

@sam-somot, @cnrm-mosca, I assume that the regional ocean output is saved in native vertical coordinates, and that this can be different from model to model. For example, we might need an ocean_sigma coordinate in the DRS.

Yes, we never really used the vertical coordinate for ocean variables yet. I just added it during the addition of the ocean data request, otherwhise cmor will complain about not finding all coordinates from the tables. I don't really understand the concept of a generic level name yet or how you choose the vertical coordinate during cmorization. Usually it's done through the dimensions attribute in the table which should relate to some key in the coordinates table. But I'm not sure how this works with generic level names (will have to check cmor tests for an example....)
