How can I reproduce your paper results

I tried many times to reproduce the results paper
but the result of code is always constant with different signal to noise ratios , but in your paper , the results of Mean Square Error differ according to corresponding SNRs
I attached here the figure of plot I got
please can you share the correct and completed code to reproduce your results , I will be grateful for you
