401 and no download

Hi, just wanted to let you know there seem to be 401 issues on messemap.org with a few selections (last two and another one I don't remember).
Also, the download PDF with a2 doesn't seem to work.

Many thanks for feedback, indeed I didn't saw that Stamen Design maps now requires and API key, I'll have a look on it.
For PDF A2 exports @foscoj , do you have any location, and zoom level especially ?
Because high resolution exports requires the map to be pretty un-zoomed to properly works so this might be a limitation I'll need to adress.
Anyway, cool feedback, I'll handle this in the following weeks!

Actually it was new Zealand, if that helps in any way. Just tested your demo version online, didn't have the time to set it up locally and debug. Might be a timeout or something during rendering, a3 took some time to render the PDF and png
