Integrate cdds sim review script into Convert workflow

Add a task just before workflow complete to run the cdds_sim_review script

Add a task similar to https://github.com/MetOffice/CDDS/blob/main/cdds/cdds/workflows/conversion/app/run_extract/rose-app.conf, but with no stream dependency, that runs the cdds_sim_review script
