As a Maintainer

I want to create models of the decisions

so that they can be later used for ranking.

Acceptance Criteria

Choose either rules or scenarios and ensure they are verifiable from the perspective of the stakeholder

Rules

• I can define and store a model that includes alternatives and factors relevant to decision-making.
• The model allows for the input of pairwise comparisons between factors and alternatives.
• The system saves the decision model for future use and ranking calculations.
• I can retrieve and modify previously created models as needed.
• The model is designed to ensure flexibility, allowing adjustments to factors, alternatives, and comparison values before final rankings are calculated.
• The system validates the model to ensure consistency and completeness before it can be used for ranking.
