Resetting a partial run that has some new gold splits should give you the option to save the gold splits

There should be no reason to waste perfectly good record segment times just because problems later on in the run cause you to abandon the entire run. A gold split (segment) is a gold split and should be saved for future comparison.

I like this idea, but it could be a bit tricky to implement given how LiveSplitCore works, but I'd like to see if I can find a way around it
