Create schedule administration panel #11
Description
Develop an administration panel that will allow ground station staff to manage their ground station's reservation schedules.
This utility should offer the following functionality:
- View a complete ground station schedule with filters for controlling the reservations displayed
- Managing scheduling rules (maintenance periods, when specific pipelines can be reserved, etc.)
- Editing existing reservations
- Resolving reservation conflicts and override requests
