Create the reservation tracking panel #13
Description
Create a reservation tracking panel that will allow users to control the ground station during their reservation. This utility will allow the user to:
- Send commands (that they or their group has permission to) to the substation (pipelines & devices) using procedural or custom command form panels
- Receive and disseminate the live substation telemetry stream
- Display a retroTrack-esque target tracking interface
