Updating genome properties

Hello!

We recently ported the build function of pygenprop as an nf-core module here.

There are discussions for updating the original genome properties text file within EMBL-EBI, and I was wondering if you would be willing to update this repository if and when a new version is released.

Some suggestions on improvements;

• Textual format outputs, other than the current SQLite database (.micro), for direct implementation within downstream analyses and/or pipelines, without the need of extra intermediate steps (i.e., db queries, parsing IDs to descriptor names, etc.)
• A --versions command to automatically output the pygenprop software versions
