Use a NuGet package to configure Unity

There are several NuGet packages which include Unity Dependency Resolvers, e.g. http://www.devtrends.co.uk/blog/integrating-the-unity.mvc3-1.1-nuget-package-from-scratch

We might want to use one of these so we can focus on DI rather than configuration.
