Bug: Wallet app does not display the `appName` from `Handshake` [Android SDK]

Describe the bug

I see a caller app label instead of defined appName

Steps

1. Go to CoinbaseWalletSDK
2. In initiateHandshake function define appName
3. Launch the connection
4. The CB Wallet app displays caller app label instead of appName

Expected behavior

The CB Wallet app should display defined appName
