Xenum formatting is not compatible with xenium 5k

Hello, the most recent xenium format to convert xenium output to h5ad is not compatible with the xenium 5k prime dataset. Is there a more recent version for reading the data? Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that the loaders do not work for current Xenium 5k data. Companies unfortunately change their formats every now and then and it's difficult to keep track of this small changes. For the moment, I can suggest using the SpatialData loader https://spatialdata.scverse.org/projects/io/en/latest/ and extract the anndata from there, as a workaround
