(ToDO) move gamma correction out of effects and into bus driver level

• upstream backport: gamma-clean palettes
• enable gamma correction in Neopixelbus driver interface
• enable CIE color correction in HUB75 driver interface
• check if DMX, DDP or art-net outputs require gamma correction by WLED-MM
• audit all uses of gamma8 and gamma32 in the code
• check usermods for unnecessary gamma correction
• make sure that color picker is not gamma corrected
• remove code in index.js that performs inverse gamma correction (pallets preview)
• check if brightness limiter works properly on un-corrected colours
• check if custom palettes are handled properly
