Can't rebase a 'blocked' pull request

Hello,

I would like to try the autorebase github action, it seems really nice 🙏.
But, while I'm using the last release (v0.1.10), I still have the same error described in the #39 issue:

PR #xx is not 'behind', but: 'blocked'.

My PRs are effectively 'blocked' in the sense that they must still be reviewed and approved.
But they can be rebased.
I though this issue was fixed with the #52 PR 🤷🏼‍♂️

Any idea why I still have this problem.

Hum… I've just seen that the PR #52 (through commit a4a2f6f) has been reverted in commit 2f4dc9c

Do you have any explication about that?

Would love to see this fixed. AutoRebase is great, but this is a blocker for repos that have blocking status checks, approvals, etc.
