As a user, I'd like to have a link on the header which brings me straight to my home chapter.

Check if the user session is valid.
Only show if the user has a home chapter selected.
Onclick, bring user to the chapter screen.
This is a new screen but it can follow the layout of the pilot / race page

The home page should have the following functionality:

• The background banner and logo on top
• The tier 1, 2, 3 badge
• Total races & total members cound
• Description, location and the "join / joined" button. (Button doesn't do anything yet)
• 2 tab place holder for races / members.
• There should be a plus button and a share button on the header. (Buttons don't do anything yet)
