As a user, I'd like to see a list of races organised by my home chapter in the home chapter page for easy access.

• Should pull all the races from MGP organised by this chapter
• Display the "Closed" / "Joined" / "Join" Button
• User can join, or un join a race using existing functionality
• The count of joined users should be displayed
• Tapping on an event opens up the existing race detail page.
