Show GQ and UTT Leaderboards

Display GQ and UTT leaderboard results (paginated) with a list of users, filtered by their position and top-3 consecutive lap times, similar to the experience on the website just easier to use and available from the home screen.
Share your GQ badge to social networks with a simple tap (image profile + rank).

Having all the leaderboards in a common and easy-to-access section will potentially drive more user retention and encourage pilots to be more competitive and attend even more UTT/GQ events.

API Requirements:
New API to fetch list of leaderboards (UTT1, UTT2, GQ2019, CG2020, etc.)
New API to fetch list of users ordered by positions. Needs to be paginated for better mobile efficiency.
