Port probing is slow

At this point, an administrator would of already realized that an attack is happening. Just go ahead and thread all of the port scans. Linked with #27.

Seems to have been slightly fixed since one of the methods was ignoring the parameters and by default scanning ports 0 to 1000. Needs to be tested using latest nightly build.

Still seems pretty slow, may need to override the connect method or use a C++ based class.
