Environment variable %userprofile% has issues

Travis complains that the neural net training file for port => service lookups is missing, despite init() being called within the test.

Oddly enough, yes.

Might need some way to detect the OS, and define it if neccessary.

My bad, it was patched up by using the same code to create and write to the directory. But I do think this might need further investigation.

After this commit vinman07a@82d32a7 I am having the following error.

UnitTest1.cs(70,36): error CS0122: `System.IO.Path.Combine(params string[])' is inaccessible due to its protection level

UnitTest1.cs(73,54): error CS0122: `System.IO.Path.Combine(string, string, string, string)' is inaccessible due to its protection level

%usrprofile% auctually started to work though

%userprofile% creates a new directory called %userprofile% in the base of the project.
