Double-check GSC references and substitute hyperlinks

I found 2 GSC hyperlinks (see example reference below) in the Amplicon technical metadata that lead to a 404 error. We might need to double-check all GSC references and substitute for the correct links.
It say this is a good first issue for a Coding Sprint.
