community wish: metadata suggestions for shotgun sequencing

Wish from a community member who is doing analysis for others and needs to collect (or run after) their metadata:

Predefined sample collection & metadata fields are needed: Collection for metagenomic sample metadata for different organisms for Shotgun-sequencing and metagenomics

Possible To-Dos:

• check which metadata fields might be applicable for shotgun sequencing in our existing tables (or identify possible standard suggestions from GSC or other consortia)
• check if current metagenome metadata fields for this community member are sufficient enough or need to be extended > https://github.com/NFDI4Microbiota/MetadataStandards/blob/main/Technical/Metagenome_Technical_Metadata.md

Field for shotgun sequencing should be under lib_strategy field.
