Adding new aircraft observations

UA 737 MAX

• aircraft within next 6 month will increase significantly ~ up to 400 new tail numbers
  (test header was IUAX91 KARP, test size ~40 new tail numbers )
  tank NC004004

• checking new tail numbers in bufr dump - update list of tail numbers

• checking time processing of aircar dump, run cron to send message if size will increase significantly

AMDAR over AFIRS

• add them to aircft dump (they are similar format as TAMDAR -no GTS header)
• run single GSI test

LATAM data over AFIRS

• test in dev tanks (IUAX99 KARP or KWBC)
• run single GSI test

Warned Collins not to add too many tails without heads up. Currently ~1000 unique UA tails.
