Question about Comparative Experiments with 3, 6, and 12 Views in 3DGS

I’ve found that COLMAP is unable to initialize a point cloud with just 3 views. Could you please explain how you conducted comparative experiments using COLMAP+3DGS? I look forward to your response.

Additionally, we compare our method with 3D-GS [21] and FSGS [57], which utilize COLMAP for pre-computing the camera parameters.

The author mentions using COLMAP to calculate camera poses, but does not specify the use of COLMAP's initial point cloud; 3DGS is randomly initialized. I'm not sure if my understanding is correct.
