Create alternate to Adminaccess policy and add ability to select default admin role or NMD supplied MSP Admin role. #1
Description
As an engineer I would like to be able to create an admin policy in a customer's account that is different from the AWSAdminstratorAccess policy that is currently being used.
The CloudFormation template should default to the AWSAdministratorAccess policy but provide the ability to switch to the NMD MSP Adminaccess policy.
Acceptance Criteria:
Demonstrated ability to create NMD MSP Policy in a 3rd part account
Demonstrated ability to switch between default policy and the NMD policy
