Build error because of 'echo' tool

Using this outside of Xcode and it fails with:

Creating working copy for https://github.com/Nikoloutsos/explicitDependencyImportCheck
Working copy of https://github.com/Nikoloutsos/explicitDependencyImportCheck resolved at 1.0.5
error: Plugin does not have access to a tool named ‘echo’
error: build stopped due to build-tool plugin failures

Any idea?

I will try to see if I can reproduce. OOC do you use it under macOS or linux?

Both. On macOS it fails with the before mentioned echo problem, on Linux it fails with:

error: Tool ‘sitrep’ is not supported on the target platform
error: build stopped due to build-tool plugin failures
