[FEATURE] Harden DelitePy workflows for tool calling

Test and harden DelitePy workflow scripts for agentic use cases:

• Pick the best model (Gemma 3, Qwen or Liquid models)
• Create robust DelitePy scripts

For agentic workflows:

1. Qwen3 1.7B Q4FP16 - HF Link with custom tokenization in DelitePy.
2. Running currently on DeliteAI SDK with custom tokenization
3. Integrated with NimbleEdge AI Assistant

Limitations: Model needs to be placed under assets of apps for now as delivery via SaaS is not working.
