Email reporting

Problem: Opening a pull request under your own account doesn't send you an email about it, and you want to be notified when it happens.

Solution: Add some sort of reporting (preferably email).

After integrating greenkeeper and its bot to the project, I realized it might be better to have a bot user do the whole thing - email notification will then be completely handled by github.
