Do you have any plans to support timsTOF data? Alphapeptdeep and DIA-NN both natively support timsTOF data, why the requirement to convert to mzML?

This is definitely in our to-do list. It looks like it's not very difficult to support timsTOF dia data in Carafe but it will take time since I'm not very familiar with the data structure stored in the .d folder.
