[BUG] Some items with some NBT tags cannot be retained

1. Some potions,leather armors,fireworkrocket cannot be properly added to a kit.
2. make custom potions,dyed leather armors,custom fireworkrockets——create a kit——choose a kit——custom potions become "uncraftable potions""no effects",leather armors lost colours,fireworkrockets lost effects

Actually, those are jump + slow drop potions. I made them with commands.But when I created the kit "Valkyrie" and test,I found those potions became no effect.The same as leather armors.

This fireworkrockets used three firework stars to craft,but now them have no effects.
