Mirror for binary release

Hello,

AppVeyor only keeps artifacts for 1 month. So, today, it's impossible to download any precompiled binaries.

For convenience, it would be great to host them in the "Releases" section of GitHub.

Hi, I agree but what I really liked about AppVeyor is that it takes the code and compiles it so people downloading from there are sure nothing is wrong with the binaries. The binaries are directly available in the code (x86 and x64 folders) for people who would like them compiled by me. I will check if I can extend the lifetime of binaries within AppVeyor!

Okay, it's in the x64 and x86 folders of the repository. The Readme.md file is just not up to date.
