2. How can you best utilize these strengths in the execution of your project?

Giving ideas to the project and making it more powerful and effective and exchanging experiences among team members

3. In which professional competencies do you each want to develop greater strength?

all of us we want to develop our skills and be more skilled developer.

4. Knowing that every person in your team needs to understand all aspects of the project, how do you plan to approach the day-to-day work?

We will divide the tasks among the team members and everyone should participate in these tasks because the goal is to fully understand the project in all its aspects and to develop skills and teamwork

Conflict Plan

1. What will be your group’s process to resolve conflict, when it arises?

We will share to resolve the conflict together and learn from the mistake.

2. What will your team do if one person is taking over the project and not letting the other members contribute?

As a team leader, I will not allow anyone to prevent anyone from working on a part of the project, but everyone will share the work and perform their duties and be flexible in dealing with others

3. How will you approach each other and the challenges of the project knowing that it is impossible for all members to be at the exact same place in understanding and skill level?

Whoever does not have enough skill in a particular part will do it by someone else who is able and the other will learn from him and help him in the work.

Communication Plan

1. What hours will you be available to communicate?

From 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

2. What platforms will you use to communicate (ie. Slack, phone …)?

Slack , WhatsApp , Trello

3. How often will you take breaks?

Keep working until we finish day work.

4. What is your plan if you start to fall behind?

Work harder , and help each other to complete the worke at time.

5. How will you communicate after hours and on the weekend?

By whatsAp or Slack team project group .

6. What is your strategy for ensuring everyone’s voice is heard?

As a team leader, I will give each one part of work (tasks),and absulotlly we help each other to achive the goal.

7. How will you ensure that you are creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up?

We are frinds in the end.

Work Plan

1. How you will identify tasks, assign tasks, know when they are complete, and manage work in general?

We using Trello to present the tasks for each one.

Git Process

In githup environments we have a repo for backend and other repo for frontend, also we push the complete tasks as a branches, so that to deal with conflicts, and make sure every team member git the update work.
