As a team leader, I will not allow anyone to prevent anyone from working on a part of the project, but everyone will share the work and perform their duties and be flexible in dealing with others
3. How will you approach each other and the challenges of the project knowing that it is impossible for all members to be at the exact same place in understanding and skill level?
Whoever does not have enough skill in a particular part will do it by someone else who is able and the other will learn from him and help him in the work.

1. How you will identify tasks, assign tasks, know when they are complete, and manage work in general?
We using Trello to present the tasks for each one.
In githup environments we have a repo for backend and other repo for frontend, also we push the complete tasks as a branches, so that to deal with conflicts, and make sure every team member git the update work.
